Professional Career
Jim learned at a young age the rewards of hard work. He grew up in Redwood Falls Minnesota
where he worked for the local farmers. He later worked at a local grocery store and was
promoted to Night Manager at the age of seventeen. Jim moved to St. Cloud to continue his
education and was also hired at one of Minnesota's larger companies. For thirteen years Jim
continued to climb his way through the company. While on his climb, Jim developed several
business proposals and worked closely with company executives. Jim created and negotiated
many large contracts and managed multi million dollar budgets.

free. Jim feels high pressure tactics don't work, rather he relies on his strong interpersonal
skills, goal
setting and teamwork with the buyer and or seller to help make dreams come true. "I believe
that building quality relationships is the key to building a quality business."

Jim is very busy raising two active children as well as two Labrador Retrievers. Jim moved to
the Brainerd lakes area from Buffalo in 2005. Jim and his family enjoy the outdoors no matter
which season it may be. Over the years they have enjoyed the Breezy Point area and decided to
make it
home. "I enjoy being out on the water with my family and working the fields with my dogs."

Jim attended high school in Redwood Falls and graduated in 1988. He then attended St.
Cloud State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Recreation.
